Biography
After clerking for a New York State Supreme Court Judge, Mr. D’Andrea entered the general practice of law with a concentration in trial work and pre-trial discovery. Mr. D’Andrea represented the Mount Vernon School District for many years and has extensive experience in litigation in Federal and State Court on issues such as Title VII, Title IX, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Federal Voting Rights Act, and personal injury matters.
