Join NY State Association of Management Advocates for School Labor Affairs (MASLA) for this seminar. Employee attendance, a prevalent problem for many school districts, is one of the most difficult to manage. This presentation will give an overview on employee attendance issues, and provide useful tips to help guide employers through managing employee attendance, while maintaining awareness of employee rights under FMLA, ADA, and collective bargaining agreements.
