Description
Bullying and discrimination laws, which effect the legal obligations of school districts with regard to reporting and handling incidents of bullying and harassment, have changed rapidly and drastically at both the state and federal levels. For that reason, we offer a seminar designed to provide insight and clarity into the new laws, including the requirements of the Dignity for all Students Act.
