Biography
Since starting work at the firm, Mr. Choudhury has been involved in matters concerning special education including impartial hearings and appeals, public works contracts and school construction disputes, employment discrimination, tax certiorari claims, student discipline, and other litigation as well as various other areas involving education law. Mr. Choudhury has also presented on various matters including special education, student discipline, anti-discrimination and other areas affecting school districts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Choudhury worked for a firm that focused on premises liability litigation.
