Description
We will be presenting on collective bargaining and civil service at the Association of Towns of the State of New York's Annual Meeting and Training. In this session, participants will learn about the legal and contractual parameters regarding discipline of Civil Service employees. In addition, participants will learn about the concept of progressive discipline, and how utilizing the steps of progressive discipline can help the employer be successful in enforcing and sustaining appropriate employee discipline.
